‘Wanda’ arrives with bar staff, glassware,  ice, two bar stools for the back bar, our vintage bike and bunting.

Our 2 most popular would be Pimms and Lemonade and Espresso Martinis but we have a long list of other Cocktails too.

Yes, you can add on a coffee package.

We have a commercial coffee machine in the caravan. Our coffee is roasted in the Macedon Ranges and we only use the best coffee beans.

Our crystal glassware is German brand ‘Crofton’.

We ask your guests to reuse their glass where possible and if you are kicking on after we leave, we ask that you provide and esky or cooler box.

Yes, a $200 refundable bond is taken for all our glassware and is refunded when items are returned in original condition.

If items are damaged or are lost costs will be deducted from the bond.

Not usually, we prefer to serve only from ‘Wanda’.

If you would like table service, please let us know and we can arrange for extra staff. Our staff will roam around through out the night collecting empty glasses and bottles.

No, all alcohol and drinks need to be supplied by you.

This is the best way to keep the cost down and you can chose what you would like to serve.

We have a double door bar fridge in the caravan but we always recommend that you hire a cool room to pre-chill your drinks before we arrive.

Wanda is based in Kyneton, in the Macedon Ranges but we do love to travel and will go most places in Victoria.

The van is 5m long x 2.5 wide and 4m high.

If you have any concerns of accessing your preferred parking spot, please let us know as we can organise a site check prior to the event. Also bear in mind sometimes on the day we may need to revise the preferred designated spot due to the level of the ground, the access side of the serving window and where the power source is located.

Yes all of our bar staff have RSA’s, are really friendly and will love serving you and your guests.

When you book your event with us, we will review the total number of guests and details of your event to then staff accordingly.

Yes, a private event liquor licence must be obtained by you.

This only takes minutes to obtain online and is a very easy process. The cost is around $55. We would require this to be emailed to us once accepted.

Every event is different so we prefer to provide a quote that suits you and your needs.

We don’t have any time restrictions as we try to be flexible and work to your event plans, we can stay for as little or as long as you need.

The average event is 6 hours.

Yes of course, ‘Wanda’ is super photogenic and is perfect for product launches and promotional parties.

We require a 50% deposit to secure your date, the bank details will be at the bottom of your quote.

The remaining 50% will be due 7 days prior to your event.

Yes, once we have a date locked in for you we block out our calendar so if it is cancelled we run the risk of missing other events. We are happy to work with you if you want an alternative date but deposits are non-refundable.

Please note that we cannot guarantee your booking date until we receive your deposit.

Yes; typically, most locations have on site power we can easily plug into.

If your event is on a remote rural property we are able to provide a generator at an additional cost.
